General

Our contract is based exclusively on our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Should the purchaser wish to have other terms and conditions of purchase, these must be confirmed by us in writing; otherwise our GTC shall apply in full as the basis for the conclusion of the sale.

Price

All our prices include VAT, therefore all prices in the online price configurator are displayed including VAT. Depending on the respective products, transport costs may apply. To make your decision easier, the transport costs are displayed in the shopping cart. This gives you a clear overview of the costs and allows you to make a conscious decision about the order you want to place.

Delivery

Transport is always at the expense and risk of the buyer. Our company is dedicated to providing you with a smooth process. If you need more information about shipping terms, you can always view them on our website.

Terms of payment

When paying for our products, you have several options. We only accept credit cards, Paypal or other card systems. This process must be done in advance to ensure smooth processing. We are committed to providing secure and easy payment processing. Therefore, we guarantee that all transactions to your personal credit card information are protected and secure. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price. However, we assure you that the goods are exclusively for private use until full payment of the purchase price has been made. Once the payment of the purchase price is completed, the ownership of the goods passes to your favor.

Scope

Our products can be used in both residential and commercial applications. Our coffee tables and side tables are ideal for placing items that are not so heavy on them. They are not designed to place your feet on.

Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty on the construction of our coffee tables and side tables. However, this warranty excludes damage caused by placing objects that are too heavy. Therefore, you should pay attention to the weight information you receive when you purchase our tables to ensure that your new table has a long life ahead of it. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of quality and service, and our 10-year warranty promise is an example of how we strive to deliver a product that meets your expectations.

Right of withdrawal

You are entitled to a cancellation period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. The costs for the return transport to the seller are to be borne by the buyer. After receiving the perfect goods, we will immediately transfer the fully paid amount to you. Please note that we attach great importance to a fast and smooth handling of the withdrawal process and therefore recommend that you contact us immediately if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The place of performance for all obligations arising from this contract is Switzerland. Therefore, Swiss law applies to the legal relations of the parties. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the respective headquarters of Gfellex GmbH.

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
